Trevor Greenaway
Principal, 4Sight Systems

Founder of 4Sight Systems Ltd, Trevor brings to the company over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in the networking and telecom industry. Prior to joining the group, Trevor worked with Cisco Systems/Stratacom for over nine years, where he carried out various roles, including head of Service Provider product marketing for EMEA and GM for Cisco Middle East based in Dubai. His last role prior to founding 4Sight was Operations Director for the Service Provider business in emerging territories, where he was responsible for $180 million of business in the Middle East, Israel, Africa, Turkey, and Greece. Trevor also worked for Gandalf, where he was responsible for business in Southeast Asia. Trevor has an Honour's degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering from Brighton University in the United Kingdom.

David C. Phifer
Principal, Phifer Systems Inc.
Non-Executive Director, 4Sight Systems

Dave has over 18 years' experience in the telecommunications marketplace with specific expertise in the OSS space. He began his career in network engineering at GTE corporation. Upon leaving GTE, Dave held a variety of executive positions at Accugraph Corporation, including Product Development and Vice President of Sales - Telecom. Since 1996, he has led Phifer Consulting Group, Inc., in providing world-class training and product-management support in the telecommunications industry. Dave has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.

Ghazi Atallah
Consultant

Ghazi brings to 4Sight a wealth of senior sales management experience. Previously he was the MD/VP of Cisco's SP business in Emerging Markets (MEA, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Russia), responsible for a $1.1B business. GM of Cisco's MENA operations for 3 years, Ghazi built and lead one of the most effective GTM organizations in the region, Cisco's highest growth region worldwide. His former posts include Chief Architect in the network planning group for Teleglobe Canada, and Senior Telecom Consultant in Canadian firm 3i International. A recognized Leader in the MENA IT & telecom community and a highly-respected technologist, Ghazi received the Telecom Leadership award at the 8th Arab Internet and Telecom conference in May 2006. Ghazi has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada, and a minor degree in Business Administration.

Richard Reid
Consultant

Richard is a highly-regarded senior executive with extensive Sales, Marketing and General Management experience accumulated over 30 years in the IT/Networking technology industry. His successful track record includes his roles as Managing Director EMEA of WatchGuard Technologies, Chief Executive and co-founder of Face2face Meetings, Managing Director EMEA of Polycom and European/Latin American Sales and Marketing Director at Gandalf-Infotron International. A talented presenter who has addressed audiences throughout Europe and Latin America, and an acknowledged expert on topics ranging from the deployment of alternative communications in business to emerging networking technologies, Richard brings to 4Sight a wealth of experience in sales management and business development.


David Bradshaw
Consultant

David brings over 28 years of sales experience to 4Sight, his career having started in high value enterprise sales. Over the last 18 years he has held various senior management roles selling to the fixed and mobile service providers. David was VP of Sales EMEA with Newbridge Networks and stayed on as a VP with Alcatel after their acquisition. He also held the role of GM EMEA for Riverstone (later acquired by Lucent) and most recently spent 9 years as VP EMEA with Tekelec. With this high-level of senior management experience, David is able to bring great insight into all areas of the sales leadership process embraced by 4Sight.

Yaman Abosaleh
Consultant

Yaman has twenty years' experience in ICT sales operations in the Middle East. He started his ICT sales career with a large Middle Eastern Systems Integrator but has worked with various international corporations since 1998. Yaman was the Country Manager of Saudi Arabia for Fore Systems/Marconi before being appointed the Enterprise and Data products Sales Manager for Nortel. For seven years he worked for Cisco as the Regional Manager for Service Provider business, winning for the company strategic business in the telecomms sector before moving to become Country Manager for new markets such as Yemen and Ethiopia. Yaman brings to 4Sight a vast amount of local and international expertise and is dedicated to providing sales consultancy, advisory, strategic sales and sales leadership development training to local corporations in the Middle East.

Mark Williams
Consultant

Mark has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, the last 18 years spent in the tele/data communications markets. His specific experience is within telco start-up, notably setting up the business sales division of ntl and driving revenue from 0 - £30m within 4 years. He has also been responsible for the strategy, design and implementation of company-wide sales training philosophies and programmes. He is a seasoned facilitator accredited to Miller Heiman and DPS sales methodologies as well as Phifer. Mark has an MBA from the Open University.


Jon Hallett
Consultant

Jon has over 23 years' experience in networking and telecommunications in a variety of different roles including product marketing, systems engineering and sales. After formal training in Electronic and Computing Technologies at Bournemouth University, he worked for a number of North American high-technology companies including Infotron Systems, Gandalf International, StrataCom, Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks. Well-versed in both Enterprise and Service Provider systems sales, and highly-experienced in building customer relationships from board level to the shop floor, Jon brings to 4Sight Systems a veteran's knowledge of what it takes to win multi-million dollar business against top-class competition.

Frank van Tulden
Consultant

Frank brings to 4Sight a wealth of Senior Sales Management experience built up over more than 20 years. He drove sales transformation during his tenure at Cisco Systems in the Netherlands as the Channel Director, a position in which he was responsible for growing the business to a level of USD$350 million with the creation of new Go to Markets in the SMB and Mid Market, building Solutions with the partners and creating good margins for all. As a Senior Manager for Cisco Capital European Management Team, responsible for the Commercial Go to Market, he launched 12 countries and transformed the business within 2 years to a USD$100 million run rate by providing leadership, creating solutions, implementing a sales planning framework and recruiting & developing high performance teams.

Glenn Ricketts
Consultant

Glenn has over 25 years sales and marketing experience in the IT industry. Glenn started as an account manager in New Zealand and immigrated to the UK where he became the International Sales Director for Cray Communications in the UK from 1994 to 1997. He then joined Cisco Systems EMEA and was responsible for marketing operations for the Service Provider sales teams in 29 countries, during his time at Cisco revenues for SPLOB rose to $1.4billion. After leaving Cisco in 1999 he joined Nortel Networks as Chief Marketing Executive for both the Service Provider Solutions ( Americas) and Enterprise Divisions. During his time at Nortel sales revenues rose from $9billion to $21billion. Glenn left the corporate world and became CEO for a small start-up based in Boston Mass in 2001. Glenn now lives in New Zealand and provides mentoring as well as practical hands on assistance to small IT companies. He holds an honours BSc (with specialisation in Marketing) from UMass in Boston USA.
